Service was excellent I come every year (last 10 years) on route from my House in France back home to Bahrain. Standards are always great

Dinner was sadly very disappointing. My son's Burger was great and my favorite dish has gone from the menu. The chicken was truly appalling Next time it may be M & S in the room

A nice place to stay in the Airport if you are in a connection or landing in late evening hour. The airport shuttle is very convenience to travel between the terminals and the hotel

It's ok for a night and then go. Not much to do around (except of drinking something in the bar or playing the table-football

Excellent location for travelling!!!????

Excellent location, right there at terminal 1. Did not need to go out of the airport to access hotel. Train station was right in front of hotel. Beds were comfy. Buffet breakfast was amazing, only 19 Euro per adult and kids were free plus it was a great range of foods.

Room was very small and cramped for a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids with a bit of luggage.

Very convenient location & great early breakfast.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options and open at 5am.

The couch beds were set up prior to arrival, which was great, but they are very small. Bathrooms didn’t feel super clean.

Nice location, rooms but onsite food and entertainment could be much better for an international French brand.

Location, accessibility, room

Entertainment ( literally no TV channels with English or any other languages). No ability to login to own entertainment services. On site food was also weak.

Good

We left home close it was to the airport because it was right there which helped for us getting out going home. We loved that we had air conditioner which is 100% a plus at 94 to 97° f. Slept pretty well and the drinks at the bar were great. And the stuff here or absolutely amazing very sweet very kind and I enjoyed their presence immensely. If I had a restaurant or hotel in France I would definitely poach them. The breakfast was good except I'm terrible at making the European style egg. I undercooked it and that's saying something.

The kitchen closes pretty early considering all of the rest of France still serves food till almost midnight or at least 11:00. And to self-service area food was interesting and not something that I would actually get from a quick section. Probably would have preferred more like a sandwich or something versus duck with mashed potatoes or curry but that's 100% personal preference.

Nice, clean hotel, easy access to the airport.

Clean and easy to get to from and to the airport. Staff mostly nice. The room was very nice. Also easy access into Paris.

Most of the usb sockets didn’t work in the room. Staff were nice apart from the one that greeted me when I arrived. She could do with a lesson in customer services.

Great location and happy to stay again.

The location was exactly what we were looking for close to airport - we had a very early flight and the shuttle was really helpful and easy to navigate with a lot of luggage.

IT was great to a small bar available but the service was a little slow and I found twice male customers approached and I had to wait. This isn't right. Once served the staff member was lovely and delivered our complex order well.

Once check-in completed, everything was good. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and it was convenient for me to have the restaurant downstairs where I could eat late. And breakfast was excellent.

It took way too long to check in. There was a very long queue and only 2 people managing. This was frustrating after 3 flights that day and once I arrived at the CDG Airport no-one being able to correctly direct me to the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located at the airport. The check-in and out was quick and easy. The outside entrance is conveniently located if you want to get an uber or similar (which was significantly cheaper than taking the train for a family of 4 at a low demand timeslot).

Although inside the airport complex, it can still be a bit of an effort to get to the hotel depending on which terminal you arrive at.

Great location close to the terminal, very convenient. Very friendly staff. Nice, modern hotel & room. We enjoyed our short stay! Merci

Everything was great at the hotel. Just on the way to the hotel and in the airport, the hotel should inform airport security to be more vigilant. There are quite a few "dodgy people" around the train station access which makes one feel not very safe at night, especially when travelling with young children, but that is nothing the hotel is responsible for, of course!

Hotel was beautiful and very clean, would definitely recommend. Food was amazing too.

Excellent choice for a hotel at the airport

Excellent location for an early morning flight out of Paris. Rooms are comfortable and the bed was very nice. We will stay here any time we need a room at the airport. Easy to get into the city via RER and to the departure terminal via CDG VAL.
